I am creating this blog as a reference for recipes, as well as something to share with others who are counting calories. I am currently eating a 550 calorie dinner consisting of a lean protein, vegetables and a whole grain. I wanted to compile recipes I have made as well as be able to share with others the meals I put together.
The recipes I post will all have a link to the original source and credit will be given to the person who posted the recipe. Most recipes will not be my own creations. If you have questions please ask.
